Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer
The Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer is the chief executive of Bravo Fleet. The Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer is the chair and voting member of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty. Authority not clearly delineated in the Bravo Fleet Charter is reserved for the Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer. Office holders sit in 12-month terms, with consecutive terms subject to the approval of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty.
In-Character Role
The Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer serves as the in-character Commander of the Fourth Fleet.

Bravo Fleet Executive Officer
The Bravo Fleet Executive Officer (BFXO) is the vice executive of Bravo Fleet. The Bravo Fleet Executive Officer is the vice chair and voting member of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty.

The Bravo Fleet Executive Officer serves as the in-character Deputy Commander of the Fourth Fleet.

Bravo Fleet Loremaster
The Bravo Fleet Loremaster is the head of the Lore Office. The Loremaster is a voting member of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty responsible for developing and maintaining canon in Bravo Fleet.

The Bravo Fleet Loremaster serves as the in-character Director of Intelligence for the Fourth Fleet.

- Maintaining a standard of unified canon throughout Bravo Fleet;
- Coordinating with Task Force Staff to develop and create canon;
- Approving new species, in-character organizations, and starship specifications;
- Maintaining Bravo Fleet's canon databases (Infobase, writing forums, and BFMS).

Bravo Fleet Operations Officer
The Bravo Fleet Operations Officer (BFOps) is in charge of Bravo Fleet's Task Forces. The Operations Officer is a non-voting member of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty responsible for maintaining the fleet's task units.

Task Force Commanding Officer
A Task Force Commanding Officer (TFCO) is the leader of a Bravo Fleet Task Force. TFCOs are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Task Force, including approving new writing groups ("sims") and developing any applicable canon.
General Duties
- Managing game proposals submitted to the relevant Task Force;
- Maintaining communication with game managers;
- Mantaining a standard of activity for games;
- Mantaining a roster of acive members;
- Developing any applicable Task Force canon in conjunction with the Bravo Fleet Loremaster;
- Tracking and recording member activity;
- Submitting members for promotions and awards.
